Love finding local mom and pop places. Great tasting pizza! Thin crust! My kids love it. Owners are very friendly.

The pizza is delicious and the service is great. Very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

We went to Lucero's on a Saturday night at around 6pm after searching Yelp and seeing great reviews. When we arrived, there was a person waiting for an order, but no one in the dining area. We were offered menus immediately and moved to a table to review them. While we did so, more people came to order to go. They have plenty of pizza options, a few Italian entrees, appetizers, and salads on the menu. We ordered the white pizza and a Hawaiian. We decided to dine in. There is limited seating. Most tables are for 2-3 people and line the wall opposite the counter. There are also two long tables that seat larger parties. The pizzas were served on nice spinning wood pizza trays. They were piping-hot. They were delicious and it was refreshing to have quality cheese that wasn't pooled with grease on top (or underneath). The crust was crisp without being tough or dry. The paper plates were nice enough that they didn't collapse if you lifted them while eating (I know that is a weird thing to notice). They checked to make sure we were ok as we ate. There was a steady stream of people who came to order, and I saw people leaving with cheesesteak sandwiches and pizzas. As we were cleaning up to leave, Maria (owner?) asked if we lived nearby. We shared that we found her after looking for a place to eat after church services at St. Francis Catholic Church. She indicated that they partner with the parish for different functions. Another plus! We will definitely be back. It was lovely to be in a small, non-chain pizzeria where there is a personal touch. Stars based on experience for this type of food in this type of setting.

Great service and amazing pizzas. Always a hit with the kids as well. Wonderful family business.

(4.5 stars) A little pricey, but let me tell you, this pizza was really good. It was delivered fresh, the crust was cooked well and had crispy edges, it wasn't doughy in the middle or too thick. The ratio of the toppings was really good. The next day, cold breakfast pizza was delicious as well, so after a day or two in the fridge it still holds up. When I have some extra cash, this is the place I'll be getting my pizza!

No need word! Great service! Food! Everything! I can't stop eating Lucero's Pizza and French fries!

I am not from here, just passing through, but I literally took a chance on google reviews and drove 20 minutes in a rain storm. You know where the radar app shows everything as red, yeah that kind of rain just to get to this place. It was scary at times because some people don't know how to drive in the rain but I digress. Shame on me for even considering settling for Dominos before I picked this place. This was by far, (Ha made a joke because I drove 20 minutes, never mind) by far the best pizza I have had in a very long time. I ordered the steak-N-cheese, excellent, the wings [hot] also excellent and the meat lovers pizza simply because I could not decide to order, and it was also excellent. I am so glad I splurged and tried them all. The wings even had extra sauce at the bottom so you know they were saucy and delicious. The steak-N-cheese was cheesy all over the place and don't even get me started on the pizza. Man, I tell ya, the meat lovers was not like those other places where you have big chunks of bacon fat that is all blubbery, nah this was perfect pieces of bacon that covered every inch of this pie. And the sausage wasn't those giant lumps of sausage placed like little boulders on the other guy's pizza and you only get like 10, nah these were tiny and covered the entire surface. Absolutely amazing. 10 out of 10 will drive 40 minutes (there and back, do the math) to eat here again. Sorry, no pictures. I ate it all before I could write this but it was most excellent.
